CHAPTER 14

بلغَ الرسالة و أدى الامانة

He conveyed the message and fulfilled the trust

He fulfilled	أدٌى	He conveyed	بلٌغ
established	اَقامَ	Affair, state	شأن
I conveyed to you	أَبلَغتُكُم	turned	تَوَلَّىٰ
I gave sincere advice	نَصَحتُ	messages	رِسلت
		I feel sorrow	آسَىٰ

ENGLISH TRANSLATION

And Shoaib’s (peace be upon him) state was like the state of every prophet who conveyed the message, fulfilled the trust and established the argument.

“So he turned from them and said: O my people! I delivered my Lord's messages unto you and gave you good advice; then how can I sorrow for a people that rejected (truth)?”
